GuardianFX services are intended for legitimate anti-cheat protection on FiveM gaming servers. You may use our services to:

• Protect your FiveM server from cheaters and malicious actors
• Monitor player activity and detect suspicious behavior
• Manage bans and enforce server rules
• Analyze server performance and anti-cheat events
• Communicate with our support team

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using GuardianFX:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Facilitating illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior
• Distribution of illegal content

3.2 Security Violations

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or decompile our services
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in our system
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Circumventing security measures or authentication systems
• Conducting security scans or penetration tests without permission
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

3.3 Abuse and Misuse

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Sharing or selling account credentials
• Using automated bots or scripts without authorization
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Overloading our systems or infrastructure (DoS/DDoS attacks)

3.4 License Violations

• Sharing license keys with unauthorized users
• Reselling licenses without being an authorized reseller
• Using a single license on multiple servers simultaneously
• Fraudulent license redemption or key generation

3.5 Data Misuse

• Scraping or harvesting user data without consent
• Using player data for purposes other than server moderation
• Sharing sensitive anti-cheat detection methods publicly
• Publishing private or confidential information

3.6 Unfair Practices

• False reporting or abuse of the ban system
• Manipulating anti-cheat results or logs
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusing support channels or staff

4. Content Guidelines

When interacting with our service or community, you must not post or transmit:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content promoting violence or self-harm
• False or misleading information
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately via Discord:

Include as much detail as possible, such as usernames, dates, and evidence of the violation.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

First-time or minor violations may result in a written warning.

6.2 Suspension

Temporary suspension of your account and services for repeated or moderate violations.

6.3 Termination

Permanent termination of your account, license revocation, and ban from future use for:

• Serious or repeated violations
• Illegal activities
• Security breaches
• Fraudulent behavior

6.4 Legal Action

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for severe violations, including but not limited to:

• Hacking or unauthorized access
• Fraud or financial crimes
• Distribution of malware
• Violation of intellectual property rights

7. No Refunds for Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating this Policy, you will not be eligible for any refunds of fees paid. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

We will cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities when required. This includes:

• Providing user information in response to legal requests
• Reporting illegal activities to appropriate authorities
• Assisting in investigations of violations

9. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
