Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through GuardianFX are final and non-refundable. This applies to all license types, including Monthly, Quarterly, and Lifetime subscriptions.

2. Digital Product Nature

GuardianFX provides digital services and license keys that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided, we cannot offer refunds once a license key has been:

• Generated and delivered to your account
• Assigned to a Discord user
• Redeemed or activated
• Used to access any part of the service

3. Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage you to:

• Explore our Demo Dashboard to understand the features
• Review our Pricing Plans carefully before purchasing
• Contact us via Discord with any questions before making a purchase

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, GuardianFX is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. No refunds will be issued for:

• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Scheduled maintenance periods
• Issues caused by third-party services (Discord, FiveM, etc.)
• Incompatibility with your server setup

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in:

• Immediate termination of your license and account
• Permanent ban from using GuardianFX services
• Blacklisting from future purchases

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us via Discord to resolve it before initiating a chargeback.

6. Subscription Expiration

Monthly and Quarterly subscriptions expire automatically at the end of their respective periods. No refunds will be provided for:

• Unused time on expired subscriptions
• Subscriptions that were not used or activated
• Partial months or periods

7. License Revocation

If your license is revoked or suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or fraudulent activity, no refund will be issued.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charges due to payment processor errors
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing

Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via our Discord server and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. EU Consumer Rights

For customers in the European Union: By purchasing and immediately receiving your digital license key, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
