By accessing and using GuardianFX ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GuardianFX provides anti-cheat monitoring and protection services for FiveM game servers. The Service includes:

• Real-time anti-cheat detection and prevention
• Server monitoring and analytics
• Player management tools
• Administrative dashboard access

3. License Key Terms

License keys purchased through GuardianFX are subject to the following terms:

• Keys are non-transferable between users
• Discord account cannot be shared or sold
• Monthly and Quarterly licenses expire after their respective periods
• Lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the service
• Keys must be redeemed by the end user to activate
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses at any moment, without explication

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not share, resell, or distribute license keys without authorization
• Not use the Service to harm, harass, or exploit other users

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a license, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Accept that all sales are final (see Refund Policy)

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

GuardianFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Reseller

We are not responsible for resellers in the event of non-sale or scams. To customers or sellers. Resellers are not allowed to promote themselves privately or through official Guardian channels. Except where otherwise noted.

12. Sanction

If any issues arise with our services, we will do our best to punish anyone who contributed to the problem. Licenses may be banned at any time if a user violates the rules. Refunds and compensation will not be available. Furthermore, your account will never again be accepted on our Official Discord/Website (Blacklisted). GuardianFX is protected under DMCA.com Any attempt by cheat developers or competing anti-cheat developers to bypass, modify, or exploit our system will result in full legal action.
